Ha Long Bay

Ha Long Bay is one of Vietnam’s most breathtaking natural wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its ethereal beauty, characterized by thousands of limestone islands and islets jutting dramatically from emerald-green waters, makes it a must-visit destination.

Hon Trong Mai, also known as Fighting Cock Islet, is one of the most famous rock formations in Halong Bay. It is located near two other islets—Dinh Huong (Incense Burner) and Cho Da (Stone Dog)—and lies just about 5 kilometers from Bai Chay beach. The islet features a unique shape with two large rocks facing each other on the sea, resembling a pair of roosters in the middle of a fight.
